Bright Sparks has been providing ‘Outstanding’ Early Years Education & Care for children for over 46 years in the north of Herefordshire, in the community of Tupsley. 

We are now looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our “Outstanding” team. 

Our chosen candidates will have excellent communication skills, strong team working abilities, and a calm and caring attitude, with a real passion for early years.

You will work alongside our wonderful team, planning and delivering activities to the EYFS, within the indoor and outdoor environment and undertake planning and observations of the children's development in accordance with our policies and procedures.

 You should also have an excellent understanding of child development and the EYFS, the ability to follow and contribute to our policies and procedures and enjoy maintaining and developing a safe and stimulating learning environment.

 You should have outstanding practice, and the ability to communicate with children in an inspiring and motivating way with high (age-appropriate) expectations for all children.

Suitable applicants must be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years (Qualifications shown in the DFE list as suitable)

Hours: Part-time  - Between the hours of 8.15am to 4.15pm for 3 or more days a week, but negotiable. Can be term time only but with the possibility to work for additional hours during half terms and during the summer period.

Salary: Dependent upon qualifications and experience.
