St Paul’s have an exciting opportunity for a Class Teacher to join our happy team in September 2026.
St Paul’s C of E Primary School is part of the Orchard Multi-Academy Trust. We have beautiful grounds, a supportive local community and talented children, who love coming to school.
The role:
We are looking for a talented practitioner who is hard working, energetic and ready for their next stage of their career. The successful applicant will be a strong reflective practitioner, highly motivated with ambition to raise standards as well as being a team player with good communication and great interpersonal skills.
Hard working, enthusiastic, dynamic, caring teachers are encouraged to visit and meet the team before applying.
We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, well-motivated and dedicated Teacher who:
• Is committed to maintaining high expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour, and personal development.
• Demonstrates strong classroom practice and a secure understanding of the curriculum.
• Is an effective communicator and team player who values collaboration.
• Can inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils to reach their full potential.
It is expected the successful applicant will have:
· A good level of education including good GCSE passes or equivalent in Maths and English
· Experience in supporting assessment and evidencing learning
· An ability to work with children of all abilities including SEND and our more able and talented children (recent CPD would be an advantage)
· Good personal communication skills and ability to relate well to children, staff and parents
· An ability to work as part of a team and willingness to be flexible and accommodating in their approach
· Enthusiasm and a strong commitment to achievement, safeguarding and welfare of all children
