The framework provides reassurance to schools, colleges and other education establishments that approved suppliers have met standards for appointing teachers and education support staff in areas such as background checks, transparency on costs, temporary to permanent transfers and capped fees. As well teaching posts, the framework also covers admin, clerical, finance, IT, maintenance, catering, cleaning and driving positions.
