Care Leavers Covenant
The Care Leavers Covenant is part of the Government’s ‘Keep on Caring’ initiative which supports young people from care to independence. The Covenant is a promise made by organisations to do what they can to help care leavers to live independently.
Hoople have signed the covenant with a number of pledges:
- All care leavers who apply for a job within Hoople are guaranteed an interview if essential criteria are met.
- All care leavers are guaranteed a place on our Study Programme if eligibility criteria are met.
We will also be supporting our shareholders to deliver on their covenant pledges.
